Drink some catnip teaWhile we'd all like catnip tea to affect us like it does cats, sadly it doesn't. But you must admit -- it's just cool. Catnip tea is a member of the mint family, and is an excellent natural relaxant for our human bodies Me and Kaelan personally recommend the Alvita brand, which is available in many natural food stores, as well as online. We Like our tea strong, so we use two tea bags, let it steep for several minutes (until the tea begins to turn green to brown), and then addin a generous helping of honey. It's purrrrrr-fect. Yes I said it.

I LOVE catnip tea. I can't find any websites that sell it in Britain though, so I have to order it from America.

I think you gotta import it from somewhere. But it sounds pretty good. I like green tea as well.
