To start off: Hey, i'm Brighteyed, 18 years old and living in Scotland. Although i'm increasingly certain i am a Lynx therian i do occasionally lapse into a 'doubt' period, luckly though those seem to be becoming more and more infrequent . Haven't really spoken with many other cats since stumbling into the term Therianthropy but i hope to change that ;D . If you've got any questions feel free to ask and i'll answer them to the best of my ability .

Welcome, welcome, welcome to Werecats Anonymous. We are very glad to have you here. I am Teigra one of admins of this site. You live in Scotland thats awesome, I have always wanted to visit there.
As for questions, tells us a little about yourself other then therian. Are you still in school? What do you want to do after school? What can of music do you like to listen to? What are your hobbies? etc.
I'm sure you have looked around and have noticed we are a small but fairly tight knit group. I hope that you feel welcome and enjoy the time you are here.

Welcome to WereCats Anonymous! We're very glad you're here -- we need as many cats as we can get, although we've already got a fantastic assortment! Hakumei will have to update her list of species. It's very awesome that you live in Scotland. I've always wanted to make a trip to that area of the world. Of course, it helps that that's where my ancestry is (or so says my dad). Also love the accent. ^_^ You say that you like to scribble -- what sort of scribblings? Do you use words to paint pictures, or lines to paint pictures? I used to be an avid writer, but I haven't had much time for it lately. Now, I sculpt living works of art.

We should sticky that list. ;D But yeah, I'll update it. : D
Welcome, welcome! We love to see new cats come in. I'm jsut new to Therianthropy too, so we'll be newbies together. nn'
Lynx, huh? What kind of lynx? =3 My dæmon's first form was a Siberian Lynx. Just an odd connection. nn'
I'm Hakumei, Jaguar therian of thirteen years and living in the US. :3 Nice to meet you!
Hope you stay long, and post much! =D

We should sticky that list. Since I'm only Vice-Admin of this forum, my decisions can be overturned. But this is such a great idea, I don't expect to be overturned. Hakumei, if you will post a new list of all the species here in the Scent Post (the same place as all the intro posts), I will sticky it. That way, you can keep it up to date as we get new members. Deal?

Thanks for the welcomes ^^ Glad to be here too, it'll be nice getting to know other felines, don't know many therianthropes in general and i seem to be all on my own up here ^^; You've anserty from Scotland torahanjyuu? Cool ^^ funny how everyone likes the accent, you should just come to my work place. Never really do speak much coherent english xD As for being a newbie i've known about the term for 3 years, known i was different for the majority of what i remember ^^; as for knowing what type i'm not so sure. I'm thinking Canadian, haven't looked into Siberian, never thought about it either. I just know i prefer colder climates and keep dreaming of Alaska/Canada, well i tend to think it is ^^; plus they're places i've always wanted to visit ^^

I love the idea of Alaska. The wild beauty, snowy winters, sparse population...... Of course, I am Siberian tiger. One day, I swear that I will visit there! Perhaps I may even live there!

Everytime i see or read about it, it just feels like 'home!' like that little light switches on or something. I hope to one day visit there too, spend some time in such an energetic place. Untouched by most and just raw.

That's the feeling I get when I look into rain forests and tropical islands, especially Hawaii. ^^ That's where my Theriotype lives, so it might be a sign for you, too. :3
I also have small periods of doubt... it took a full mental shift before I convinced myself I wasn't a Havana Brown or Norwegian Forest Cat therian. XD It only lasted a couple nights though. ^^
Cold climates are ok(seeing as 11 years of my life are in the cold north-east USA)... but no, I prefer the hot, and when I'm too hot, dive into the water. ^^ Though the humidity, yeah... I can live without that. xD

Oh and i looked up siberian lynx by the way, i thought it was a different kind of Lynx but it seems i already checked out Eurasian lynx (which i found it under, they seem to be known as both i think). I don't feel as big as that so i'm guessing the Canadian but i don't want to go charging on sticking this label and that right away ^^; Me i can't stand the heat at times. Even the summers here i feel it too hot ^^; I also like swimming in the sea, no real reason i just like it ^^
