Phantom Shifts and M-shifts , sensations

My tail comes in cycles, early month it's there up until the 15th then it goes... it's bizzare.

oh thats really cool you accualy know when your going to have your phantom shifts ,
I have them every now and then ... but its nothing constant .

nor are my mental shifts ... nothing more than a day straight ... shure i can have some days in a row but its never really 24h straight thing ... some claim to have them even up to two or tree days straight ...

I wonder how it must be to have a strong mental shift for two days straight ...
(i do stretch Strong M-Shift ... cuz i usualy sortove , blank out when its to strong ...)

or short haired ...

im starting to notice that my phantom shifts I have ruffs on my cheeks ... dont look at the avatar tough lolz , I dont think im that "poofy" lolz on the cheeks ... tough now im reading about canadian lynx , or even Issiodorensis Lynx ( anciant lynx , issoir ynx)

And I think I can Identify to the "poofy" fur sentation lmao .
but still ... that just an other dought to add to my list ...

Gods... that is a poofy Wildcat! Though most of that poof seems more fat than fur. lol.

Saber: I have the ruffs as well, though they are smaller and not as noticeable. The only time I am aware of them is when someone is scratching under my chin.

yeah i do have them , but as i said dont look at my old lynx avatar (LOLZ) , those ruffs where huge !

Yeah, when phantom shifting I sometimes have small ruffs. I always felt that I had thicker fur. Sometimes during a strong phantom shift the collar of a shirt that I am wearing or sleeves can seem really uncomfortable because I can "feel" my phantom fur being ruffled up by it.

Yeah, that cat in the picture does look like it ate one too many pies lol!

but it didnt last long ... I have trouble focusing , so ... if i want to shift i usualy sneack outside at dusk (or night) and try to chase someting . Tou it doesint always work ...
or do meditation (but you mentioned that in your post , so your ''directions'' are Correct )

It worked? Ow wow, that makes me feel awesome =D I've only been a therian for about a year and a bit but I guess in the year I've worked super hard. One of my goals was to make a "plan" for therians to follow to be able to shift.

The next one I'll do will be on p-shifting =D

But yeah, I'm actually working on a p-shift thingy right now. I just wanna make sure it works, so I'm testing it out on my friends lol.
